Alan is an all-rounder when it comes to marketing. He started his marketing career in independent businesses where he was the only member of the marketing team.
This led him to develop knowledge and skills in a range of digital marketing practices. Working with well-known brands like Visit York and LNER has given him additional depth.
Alan is also the in house photographer for milnerCreative. Working with our clients to deliver stunning imagery of events and products to eye catching press photos.

Social Media Manager
Megan’s career in marketing began when she was just 16 with an apprenticeship at Hull City Tigers’ charity partner.
Since then, she’s gone on to work for a luxury mirror brand, as well as working at another agency.
Megan is always on top of the latest trends in social media and has delivered Reels/TikTok training to help brands create on-trend content in house.
